Piada facts

Piada or Piadina is a thin flat bread that comes from Italy originating from the Romagna region close to Forti Cesena, Ravenna and Rimini.

 

They are made from flour, a drop of olive oil, salt and water. They were originally cooked on a terracotta dish called Romagnol but now they are cooked on electric griddles or flat pans.
